Immortality:

Or rather, perceived immortality. A nation's vitality is heavily influenced by several things: its citizens, government, and economy. Nations that have issues with their economies are seen to have sickly moments, as an example. The big thing is their people; if they're allegiant to their homeland said homeland pushes on. France seems to be doing quite well for being as old as he is.

Healing:

Superficial wounds are not long-lasting for nations. Get bruised falling off a ladder? No big deal. Break a leg while falling off said ladder? There are worse things. They bruise, break, and heal relatively quickly. Wounds that would normally put out a human are certainly inconvenient, but not the end. Or The End. Russia is seen to be able to remove his heart. Kinda..vital, but Hetalia magic! Lasting wounds seem to be tied to historical happenings: war, famine, government scuffles--that whole lot.

Weaponry:

He's a pretty good shot. Nations used to play a more vital role in combat, and given how much of his earlier life was spent in combat he only looks like a damsel in distress. He's a bit out of practice in modern-day but fencing is very much a Thing in France.

Cooking:

You heard me right. I'm counting this as a power and you cannot stop me. Forget milkshakes; everything brings the boys (and girls) to the yard. It's not like he isn't charming on his own, but even the oldest enemies enjoy French cooking.
